description：
PAN-based continuous carbon fiber bundles are cut by high-speed cutting machines, distinguishing them from carbon fiber powder (ground and chopped, micron-scale); the industry generally refers to them as chopped carbon fiber / carbon short fiber, which are mainly used for plastic modification, electrical conductivity, compression molding, and friction materials.
Applications:
1. Engineering plastics modification (Main applications)
PA6/66, PP, PC, PPS, PEEK, PTFE injection molded / extruded parts new energy battery packs, drone housings, electronic anti-static enclosures
2. Friction and braking materials
Automotive brake pads, clutch plates, construction machinery brake linings, wear- and high-temperature resistant
3. Conductive / shielding materials
Conductive coatings, anti-static flooring, electromagnetic shielding plastics, conductive non-woven fabrics, fuel cell electrodes4. Compression molded composites SMC/BMC
Automotive lightweight interiors, sanitary ware, equipment housings
5. Construction and anti-corrosion
Conductive concrete, anti-static, anti-corrosion reinforced mortar
6. Military special applications
Infrared interference smoke screens, lightweight equipment linings, wave-absorbing shielding materials
