A semi-finished composite material made by uniformly impregnating plain / twill / satin weave carbon fiber fabric with a quantitative amount of thermosetting epoxy resin (a few phenolic, PI), covered with release films on both sides, and stored under low-temperature refrigeration.
The fibers are interwoven in both warp and weft directions, conforming well to curved surfaces with more balanced stress distribution in all directions, featuring a built-in textured appearance, and suitable for shells, skins, and integrated exterior parts.

A semi-cured composite semi-finished product that uses para-aramid 1414 woven fabric as the reinforcement substrate, is uniformly impregnated with thermosetting resin (epoxy, flame-retardant epoxy, etc.), is double-sided covered with a release film, and is stored under low-temperature refrigeration.
The fabric features a warp and weft interlaced structure, conforms well to curved surfaces, and has balanced two-way stress distribution, making it more suitable for shells, protection, and complex irregular parts.
The mainstream of hybrid fabric prepregs is carbon fiber para-aramid (Kevlar) hybrid woven fabric impregnated with thermosetting resin, abbreviated carbon-aramid hybrid prepreg. It is a composite material semi-finished product made by weaving carbon fibers and aramid fibers into plain, twill, or jacquard fabrics a fixed ratio, then uniformly impregnating them with epoxy, flame-retardant epoxy, or phenolic resin, with release films attached on both sides and stored under low-temperature refrigeration Carbon fiber provides high modulus, rigidity, and compression resistance; aramid provides impact resistance, energy absorption, tear resistance, and flame retardancy, compensating for the brittleness of pure and the insufficient rigidity of pure aramid.
